Underground Residential Distribution: Completed June 2021

Coral View is an upscale residential development on Roatan’s northern shore, just east of Pristine Bay.  The development has 250 lots situated on 100 acres sweeping from a high ridge down to the sea.  The property features 300 feet of ocean frontage, 200 feet of white sand beach, panoramic views, a private dock and marina, pool, and extensive dedicated green space. 

As a luxury development with emphasis on aesthetics underground wiring, for electric and communications, was a given. Vegas Electric has been the electrical contractor for all three phases of this three-year development project.

In the words of Coral View’s lead developer Henrik “they never made any mistake. That’s what makes Vegas the preference on the island. In Honduras it’s normal to have an issue of some kind...with Vegas Electric I have absolutely no complaints”. The most recent phase, completed June 2021, was the addition of 18 new lots to the existing 200. This required an expansion of the Phase 1 and 2 underground systems designed and installed by Vegas Electric in 2018.
